These Terms of Service govern your use of Madar AI. By signing up, you agree to them. We tried to write them in plain language — if anything is unclear, email legal@madarai.co.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Madar AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple.
2. The service
Madar AI is software that analyzes mobile app growth data, generates forecasts, and (with your approval) executes actions on connected ad networks. We provide it as-is on a subscription basis. We can update features, pricing, or limits with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your company. One account per company unless we agree in writing.
4. Acceptable use
Don't: (a) reverse-engineer the service, (b) resell access without permission, (c) use Madar to violate any law, (d) interfere with other users, (e) try to extract our AI models or proprietary algorithms.
5. Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds within 60 days if Madar didn't deliver value (we honor this in good faith without requiring proof).
6. Your data
Your data is yours. You grant us a license to process it to run the service. We don't claim ownership. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Our IP
Madar's software, AI models, benchmark dataset, and brand are our property. You get a license to use the service, not the underlying tech.
8. Autonomous actions
Madar's autonomous-action feature requires your explicit approval per action. We are not liable for outcomes of approved actions. Always review before approving — and reverse if needed.
9. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime (Scale plan) or 99% (others). Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for losses due to downtime beyond the SLA credits.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or are abusive. On termination, you can export your data within 30 days, after which it's deleted.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information confidential. This includes Madar's internal product details and your business metrics.
13. Indemnification
You'll indemnify us against claims arising from (a) your misuse of the service, (b) your violation of these terms, or (c) your violation of third-party rights.
14. Changes to terms
We'll notify you of material changes 30 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts unless we both agree to arbitration.
