This guide walks through the smallest useful Madar AI setup: one app, two data sources, one forecast. You can layer everything else on later.
1. Create your organisation
Sign up at app.madarai.co. The first user becomes the organisation owner; you can invite teammates from Settings → Team.
2. Connect your first app
From the dashboard, pick Apps → Add app and paste in your iOS bundle ID and / or Play Console package name. Madar AI uses these to wire up the rest of the integrations.
3. Wire up attribution + revenue
The minimum useful pair is one attribution source and one revenue source. AppsFlyer + RevenueCat will be the most common starting point as those connectors ship — see the integrations guide for the OAuth and permissions setup.
4. Your first forecast
Once data is flowing (usually 15-30 minutes after connection), the predicted-LTV surface shows your first cohort. You'll see the v1 / v2 model split and the drift readout from the very first run.
